The Annual General Meeting of the Calshot Sailing Club will be held on Friday 16th November 2007 at the Calshot Activities Centre Kincaid Lounge starting at 7.45 p.m.
All members are welcome to attend and will receive formal notification & invitation by post at least fourteen days before the date of the meeting, together with the Agenda, a copy of the accounts and the Treasurer's Report.
